This program aims to train you to support children in their growth, highlighting the importance of their cultural identity and community belonging, providing caring, safe, and nurturing environments, while promoting their overall development.

This training is offered in French and English.

On the way to the job market

Profession: Educator in Childhood services

Main tasks:

Conduct interventions related to overall child development and integration
Strengthen cultural security
Ensure pedagogical organization
Address the child's needs in terms of socialization, health, safety, and nutrition
Establish relationships with parents, colleagues, and resource persons

You will be able to work in:

Early childhood centers in First Nations and Inuit territories
