To be eligible to this program, in addition to meeting the general admission requirements, you must:
- be an Inuit person and possess the Inuit beneficiary card.
- Have relevant experience in the outdoor field
- Have good communication skills
- Be recognized by the community for having a strong sense of leadership in a natural environment
- Have a well-groomed appearance
