This training aims to prepare you to manage activities related to pedagogy and the well-being of children, human resources, financial resources, material resources, infrastructure, communications, and administrative follow-up.
Secondly, managers have a particular influence on language spoken from early childhood, which represents a significant aspect of culture and is considered just as fundamental as health and well-being. As a manager of an early childhood center, you will also have the responsibility of being a cultural transmitter.
Childcare center managers are responsible for providing quality childcare services, offering a safe, warm, and peaceful environment for children, where families are received without judgment, all while managing the day-to-day affairs of the center.
The position of childcare center manager falls under the board of directors and, in some communities, works closely with regional government or tribal councils.
This training is offered in French and English.

Specific admission requirements
To be admitted to this program, you must, in addition to meeting the general admission requirements, meet one of these two requirements:
- Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Early Childhood Education or Social Work or Special Education
- Hold an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in Indian Early Childhood Education (JEE.03) or Special Education – Indian and Inuit Childhood (JNC.12) or Early Childhood Education (JEE.0K)
