Admission requirement – Attestation of collegial studies

General terms

To be eligible for an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) program, you must:

  1. Hold an high school dimploma (DES) or have training deemed sufficient by the College
  2. Meet one of the following conditions:
  • Having interrupted your studies for at least two consecutive sessions or one school year;
  • Being covered by an agreement concluded between the College and an employer or benefiting from a government program;
  • Having pursued post-secondary studies for a period of at least one year;
  • Holding a Vocational Studies Diploma (DVS).

Required documents

To apply for admission to the Continuing education and business services at the Cégep de St-Félicien, you must provide the following documents:

  • Completed admission form;
  • Copy of birth certificate (long form, including names of both parents)
  • Copy of transcripts and/or diploma (secondary or collegial)
  • Curriculum vitae

Additional documents that may be required as needed:

  • Proof of status in Canada (naturalized citizen, permanent resident, visa, etc.)
  • Proof of residency in Quebec (Quebec Selection Certificate and Quebec Health Insurance Card RAMQ)
  • Comparative evaluation of studies completed outside Quebec.

Important : 

  • The quality of the files must be optimal (clear and legible) for them to be accepted;
  • The student’s file remains the property of the College, except for original document from another institution;
  • No incomplete files will be accepted.

 

The sum of $30 (non-refundable) requested as admission fees.

Notice:

It is important to distinguish between being eligible (having fulfilled all admission requirements) and being admitted, which means being accepted by the institution into a specific program, especially in the case of limited enrollment programs.

The College reserves the right to cancel a course or program if the number of registrations is insufficient. Only the individual enrolled in a course or program that the College cannot proceed with will be notified by phone before the course date or the start of the program.
